Let’s begin our Yoga practice together...
Emma teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a mindful, breath led practice that weaves a harmonious sequence of movements to bring an experience of meditation in motion. Her multi-level classes honour each student’s needs and abilities. Each practice incorporates poses, breath work and meditation, embodying the full experience of Yoga.
Emma’s Vinyasa classes are designed to take you through a journey to sooth the nervous system and calm the mind, while creating space, strength, balance and freedom in your body and life, on and off the mat.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers deeper access to the body, targeting our connective tissues, facia, ligaments and collagen. It brings vitality to the joints and ligaments helping us to relax the muscles and release tension and tightness in the body. This practice is very effective in releasing stress, having a meditative quality it can help us bring our awareness to the sensations we feel in our body and into the present moment, helping us to calm the mind and body, allowing us to enjoy a more restful night’s sleep.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga uses props (such as bolster and blankets) to encourage the body to take deep rest. Recommended for anyone who is always on the go, often feels overwhelmed, suffers with fatigue, burnout, stress, depression, anxiety or just needs some time to look after themselves. This wonderful calm and slow practice gives you the opportunity unplug from your busy life and bring deep nourishment and replenishment to body and mind.

A safe space to rediscover yourself
Yoga is like coming home, a journey where we guide ourselves back to a place of union, remembrance of our essence and who we truly are. A place of peace, wisdom, wonder and awe. A celebration of everything we are, here and now.
Creating a safe space is my priority, allowing people to connect with themselves kindly, and to develop confidence in their own abilities. Bringing release from the inner turbulence of life by breathing and moving in a mindful way is what helps us to feel free in our body and clear and calm in our mind.

How to get started
I host a range of classes, courses and workshops at my friendly, private studio in Burgh-le Marsh. I also teach at the studio within the Tower Gardens Pavilion in Skegness, a beautiful, accessible and light-filled space in a relaxing parkland setting.
Classes are taught as 5-7 week blocks during the terms throughout the year. Places are booked in advance to ensure numbers are managed so we can continue to maintain social distancing, helping everyone create a space where they can feel secure and able to get the most out of their practice. I always keep one space free to enable members to swap and change classes in the week as I understand things sometimes pop up and like to ensure nobody misses out on their weekly practice.
